Dr.Riley, cont… Dr. Riley has been in ministry for nearly forty years. He has served churches in Illinois and Michigan. Dr. Riley has a B.S. degree in religious studies from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and a Master and Doctorate Degrees from the Graduate School of the University of Dubuque in Dubuque, Iowa. He has taught classes and seminars for Newburgh Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana, where he is Professor of World Religions and he is a faculty mentor at Columbia Evangelical Seminary in Longview, Washington. Dr. Riley also taught at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He is retired from Heartland College in Normal, Illinois, where he taught religious studies.

Dr. Riley is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, the International Bonhoeffer Society, The North American Patristics Society, the Karl Barth Society of North America, the Evangelical Missiological Society, the Harry S. Truman Library Institute, and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation. He is a founding member of the International Society in Christian Apologetics. He is also a member of The North American Society of Pipe Collectors.
